we've officially hit 90 degrees in dallas.

so i'm eating lots and lots of these popsicles. about 3 a day.

and i've taken up swimming. well, not so much. more like floating - sometimes treading in the water. ok, more often, just standing in the water, perched up against the wall, reading a book. but still...i'm in the water and it feels great.

while in the water, i'm currently reading this book - and i like it a lot.

cort is working, traveling, working, and then working some more. he does this all while being absolutely adorable and doting on me and the baby. i feel sorry for all of you that aren't married to him. i just do.

i'm also sleeping a lot more than usual. i've never really been much of sleeper, and i definitely don't sleep-in, but this kind of tired is completely out of my control. someone is having a growth spurt.

and....i am totally smitten by the little one in my belly. i don't know how i could possibly fall more in love with him, but i do everyday. and i love being pregnant. like, really love it. i hope he's enjoying our daily conversations and all the food i am feeding him. he's grown accustomed to sprawling out on the right side of my belly, and is starting to kick, shove and poke me a couple times an hour...just in case i forgot he was there.
